Stackers Delight

So in preparation for the New Year, I was able to stock up on a holiday stack and did pretty good over @SupplementWarehouse.com. I got almost all the essentials and this was the shopping list:

1 x Crea Switch - Lemon Lime
A low carb creatine will help you to really add volume to your muscles and sustain your energy throughout the workout.

1 x Panthera Labs (Panthera Pharma) Bcaa -
Branched Chain Amino Acids make up the essential elements of muscles. So along with protein, a little extra BCAA's will be sure to pack it on.

1 x Muscle Asylum Project Anabolic OD - Post Workout Creatine System
A little more creatine with a different formula. This one has creatine in several different forms to increase absorbtion.

1x Optimum Nutrition Creatine (pills)
You're not going to get the benefits of creatine unless your body is saturted with it. Creatine is turned to creatinine so quickly by the body that the amount of time it is availble before becoming waste has to be offsetted with maximizing dosage. This is just an early morning and off day back-up.

1x Organic India Fiber Harmony
Fiber is good to clean you out before you get started. It clears the intestinal track to allow for maximum protein absorption.

1x IDS Sports Multi-Pro Whey Isolate Blend - Cappuccino
It was $8.99. Since its cappuccino flavor, i'll throw it in my morning coffee to creamy it up. Ha!

1x IDS Sports New Whey Protein Powder - Fruit Punch
It was also $8.99. Never had whey in Fruit Punch. Whey is probaly the most important staple in any workout regimen. When you are going for something like 300 grams of protein a day, you can never really get enough.

1x L-Glutamine 750mg
This non-essential amino acid is found in large amounts in the body. It is essential to body recovery and muscle repair after those tough workouts. It also aids in immunity functions and new cell generation.

Thats what I already picked up, the only things I still need to add are:

Leukic for L-Arginine.

Animal Cuts for thermogenic.

I have to go with a different supplier for those. They are a similar price but much cheaper shipping. Making internet shopping easier - you can find a link to PhysicalAddictions on this blog.

That's all you really need right there. I don't use any Testosterone or Human Growth Hormone or anything like that, but you are more than welcome to and then you can tell me the results. They're good for assiting those with naturally low bioavailabilty of these hormones, but me personally, I have had crazy enough life experiences result from the hormones I already have. Any more might transform me into a vampire. Actually, the body will naturally increase its production of these hormones by using the products I recommmend you buy. So, good luck, and go for the pump!
